F.A.M Press: Brandon Sun 2012 by Kimberlee Van Der Wall
To My Fashion Flys,
Before entering the Brandon Sun show at The Box, you could hear the eerie music pouring out. As you got closer all you could see was a black room dimly lit with a lot of smoke. It reminded me of the haunted houses you’d visit before Halloween.
However, this house was haunted with terrific fashion. The collection was titled “Silent Assassins” and their weapons of choice were cashmere sweaters and sheer maxi skirts.
The lights shined directly on the models illuminating the sheer maxi skirts. There were a lot of neutral tones: greys, ivories and blush pink colors. 
Fur vests were belted with straps of leather or models wore bomber jackets with sleek black pants. I felt it was a very strong collection and I hope to see him in one of the studios at Lincoln Center next season!
